How To Order
We aim to make your ordering process as easy as possible. Our office hours are Monday and Thursday 10 - 4.30pm (Sydney Time). Feel free to leave a message at other times and we'll get back to you.
The online Shopping cart can be found under PRODUCT CATEGORIES folder on left hand side of website.
- Choose your items for your order. Press "proceed to checkout"
- Enter delivery details. Press "proceed to payment"
- Enter payment method : visa, mastercard, bank cheque (no personal cheques please), bank transfer
- TO ORDER ONLINE: Press SUBMIT ORDER. Forward your bank transfer, cheque or money order if applicable. Credit cards will be charged immediately at time of order.
- FOR A QUOTE: Press PRINT. Do not press SUBMIT ORDER, otherwise your order will be processed. Please note that shipping prices quoted in shopping cart are for pre paid (non invoiced orders) only.
- FOR A FAX ORDER: Press PRINT and fax to (02) 6554 9316.
- TO POST ORDER: Press PRINT and post to Debbie Hopper: PO Box 210 Forster NSW 2428
- TO PAY BY PHONE: Process your order online. We will process your order and email your invoice to you. There will be a 1300 number on the invoice to call and pay by secure credit card.
- TO ORDER BY PHONE: Your invoice will be emailed to you. Please call the 24 hour 1300 number on the invoice to pay by credit card. We will post your goods on receipt of payment.
Orders will be sent within 5 - 10 working days (dependent on stock availability) when order is processed or payment received (eg money order sent by post). We will advise you by email within 2 days if stock is not currently available.
For government department orders or purchase orders (from organisations / schools etc) please generate your quote using instructions above, (adjust postage as below) and forward your purchase order by email (debbie at lifeskills4kids.com.au), fax or mail.
A mimimum order value of $50 applies to purchase orders.

Australian Domestic Postage and Handling Charges
PREPAID ORDERS
Order Value:
- Under $50 = $8.95
- $51 - $100 = $12.95
- $101 - $150 = $15.00
- $151 and over= $20.00
PURCHASE ORDERS (INVOICED)
- Orders under $120 = $12 minimum postage
- Orders over $120 = 10% of order value
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are now accepting International orders!
GST (10%) will be converted into postage and handling fees to cover our additional costs in supplying our international orders.
We do not accept orders for weighted products internationally, as the postage cost is too great.

Privacy Policy
- Life Skills 4 Kids does not share or sell any customer information. If updates or new products arise we may contact you unless you request otherwise. We may use your information to send you our newsletter and sales specials. You can opt out of these at any time.
Returns/Damages
- Inspect your orders promptly for any damages or defects
- If your shipment arrives damaged please contact us immediately (within 7 days) so we can correct the situation. Please check your inflated products and let us know immediately if there is a problem. We will only accept returns of ball and inflated products within 2 days of you receiving them. Just let us know.
- Prior authorization will be required for any returns. Returns will be replaced free of charge, with the exception of postage charges.
Costs
- Full payment (including shipping charges) must be submitted with the order
- GST is included in the purchase price for all Australian orders (10%)
- Prices may be subject to change without notice, including shipping rates.
Warranty for SticKids Software
There is 90 day limited warranty on all STICKIDS products from the date of shipment. Community Therapy Associates Inc (CTA) - supplier of Stickids warrants that the CD on which the software is contained will be free from defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or neglect, CTA does not warrant the contents of the software or that it will be error free. Receipt is required to be presented for warranty claims.
