The MOVE N SIT cushion Junior is a wedge-shaped cushion which may be inflated slightly. The move n sit cushion is great for helping children and adults get the movement they need to be able to concentrate in class or in the office.
The spine should have a natural S-curve, which is often flattened out when seated on normal chairs, or with habitual poor posture. The Move n Sit tips the pelvis slightly, helping the spine maintain its correct curve. Because the wedge is slightly inflated, it is therefore unstable - just like the ball. So it gives almost any chair many of the benefits of active or dynamic sitting. If you already have a good natural S-curve in your spine, the DiscoSit might be more appropriate.
